The Flexina Studio website (hereinafter "the Site") is published by Flexina SRL, a limited liability company under Belgian law whose registered office is at Boulevard de la Sauvenière 144, 4000 Liège, Belgium, registered with the Company Register of Liège under number BE0895193994. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Site and the services offered on it. By accessing the Site, the user accepts these terms and conditions.

The purpose of the Site is to present the video games developed by Flexina Studio, notably Flexina Soccer, Flexina Bubble and Flexina Kart, and to allow visitors to contact the development team.

The Site is a showcase website and does not constitute an online sales platform.

Flexina Soccer — Optional purchases: the quests and store mascots are non-consumable one-time purchases, with no subscription, no renewal and no seasonal content. Purchased items remain owned and restorable. All these items are cosmetic, with no power advantage. No purchase is required to play.

All in-app purchases are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. No payment data is transmitted to or processed by Flexina. Prices are displayed in the App Store before any confirmation of purchase.

Payments: all purchases are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store); no payment data goes through Flexina. Past purchases can be restored at any time from the app, and refund requests are handled by Apple under its own terms.

All content on the Site — texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, databases, software — is the exclusive property of Flexina SRL or its partners. All these elements are protected by copyright law and the applicable international conventions.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or adaptation, whether in whole or in part, of the Site or of any element of the Site is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Flexina SRL.

Flexina SRL takes all necessary measures to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Site. However, no guarantee is given as to the completeness, accuracy or currency of this information.

Flexina SRL shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site or from the impossibility of accessing it.

The Site may contain hyperlinks to other websites. Flexina SRL is not responsible for the content of these third-party sites and disclaims any liability in this regard.

The collection and processing of personal data is in accordance with the privacy policy published on the Site and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Liège shall be the sole courts of jurisdiction.
